Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray.
  2. Crush Butterfinger bars in a plastic bag using a rolling pin until you achieve irregular chunks.
  3. In a non-stick pot over medium heat, melt the butter then add mini vegan marshmallows, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Fold in crushed Butterfingers evenly into the mixture.
  6. Gently mix in Rice Krispies until well coated.
  7. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan using a greased spatula.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
