  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Thick slices of French or Italian bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread garlic butter on each slice of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the garlic bread for 8-10 minutes until golden and toasted; set aside once done.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, add to the skillet in a single layer, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove and set aside.
  5. Add remaining butter and chicken broth to the skillet, simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and mix until smooth.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet; toss to coat in sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving alongside warm garlic bread.
