  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam (or any flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle measuring approximately 12×16 inches.
  4. Cut the pastry in half to form two rectangles and spread jam evenly on one rectangle.
  5. Place the second rectangle on top of the jam-covered one and press lightly to seal.
  6. Cut into strips about ½ inch wide and then cut each strip in half lengthwise.
  7. Twist each strip gently and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Chill for 15-20 minutes, then bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving if desired.
