  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls, reserving the icing for later use. Cut each roll into 4 pieces.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag tightly, and shake until coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces into the bundt pan and drizzle the brown sugar mixture evenly over them.
  6. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate, then drizzle with the reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice.
