- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 Oreo cookies (Halloween-themed or double-stuffed)
- 36 pretzel sticks
- 12 small candy eyeballs
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for about one minute, stirring occasionally, until fully melted.
- Prepare the Oreos: Break three pretzel sticks in half. Twist each Oreo to remove the top wafer, press in broken pretzel sticks into the cream side, then drizzle approximately 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate on top before replacing the top wafer.
- Decorate: Dip one side of each cookie into the remaining melted chocolate. While wet, add candy eyeballs and sprinkle with additional sprinkles.
- Set: Refrigerate for at least ten minutes until the chocolate hardens.
