- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
- 8 slices turkey or beef bacon
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cut pockets into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture. Secure openings with toothpicks if needed.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with turkey or beef bacon.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat and sear each chicken bomb for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
