  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce (such as Primal Kitchen)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken with salt and avocado oil in a mixing bowl.
