  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy Melts (for coating)
  • Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool before crumbling it into small pieces in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the frosting until well combined and form one-inch balls from the mixture.
  6. Chill the cake balls for at least two hours.
  7. Melt Candy Melts in intervals until smooth; insert sticks into each chilled ball and dip them into the melted coating.
  8. Decorate while wet with sprinkles or other toppings.
