Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken with this blend and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, sauté minced garlic in melted butter. Stir in heavy cream and allow it to thicken slightly.
  4. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. For the broth, heat sesame oil in another pot. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowls: place cooked noodles at the bottom, pour over broth, top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
