  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two 8×4 inch bread pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
