  • 4 tsp minced ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz linguine noodles

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef with ginger and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook linguine noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the browned beef and let it sauté for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet; stir well to combine and heat through for another few minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
