  • 1 package (about 20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground sausage for about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until softened, about 2–3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for another minute until fragrant.
