  • 1 cup mini M&Ms (any color)
  • Additional powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add in flour and salt until combined. If needed, knead by hand until cohesive. Stir in mini M&Ms evenly.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, portion tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned on the bottoms. Cool on the sheet for 5-10 minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.
