  • 1 pound diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 packages instant ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
  • 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • Fresh vegetables: red bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, broccoli
  • Fresh garlic and ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauces, hoisin, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and white pepper; set aside.
  2. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened; drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in oil until fully cooked; remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion in remaining oil until tender.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry until bright green; mix in garlic and ginger.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet; add cooked noodles and sauce; toss to combine.
  7. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
