  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add shrimp; cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in crab meat and frozen vegetables until combined.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to coat. Gradually add seafood stock and cream, stirring continuously until thickened (approximately 5 minutes).
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Pour the seafood mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Prepare the biscuit topping by mixing Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with shredded cheddar cheese and milk until a dough forms.
