  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
